President Bollinger’s Fun Run 9/18

FUN RUN 2009

President Bollinger invites you to join him at the
Eighth Annual FUN RUN 5K Run/Walk
Friday, September 18, 2009 (Rain or Shine)

Check-in: 7:30 – 8:00 a.m. on the South Lawn (in front of Butler Library, 535 West 114th Street)
Start: 8:30 a.m. on College Walk (116th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam)
The Fun Run is open to Columbia students, faculty, and staff. The route is accessible. People of all abilities are encouraged to participate.

You must pre-register in order to participate.
Registration will open on September 10 at 9:00 a.m.

Upon registering, Fun Run participants will receive an email with further information regarding pre-race check-in times and locations. Participants must check in prior to the race.

The 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) Fun Run will begin on College Walk and proceed through Riverside Park, ending at 116th Street. Water will be provided at the halfway point and finish line. View map

SEAS Study Abroad

The Office of Global Initiatives and Education supports and to encourages students, faculty and researchers in SEAS to actively pursue a global perspective in their studies and work.

We believe that an international study, and/or research dimension, is essential in order to raise of the visibility of SEAS in the international arena and that overseas study or work experience is a vital element that enhances the career potential of our students. We promote these exchanges by collaborating with universities, NGOs, companies and governmental bodies throughout the world.
